Showcase your organization at River Rocks! We’re inviting exhibitors who have a connection to the river—whether through conservation, recreation, education, or local business—to engage with festival-goers in a meaningful way. This is your opportunity to highlight your mission, share interactive experiences, and connect with a community that values our local waterways. Whether you're offering hands-on activities, educational displays, or river-related products, we welcome you to be part of this unique celebration. Join us and inspire attendees to appreciate and protect the Farmington River!

Here are some additional details:

• NO EXHIBITOR FEE. 
• Event runs 12 - 8pm; gates open at 10am for set-up. Breakdown is at 8pm.
• Exhibitors must commit to staffing a booth from 12:00-5:30pm; after 5:30pm unstaffed booths need to stay set up with information available until cleanup at 8:00pm
• 10 x 10 foot space is available, but if you need more just let us know and we will try to accommodate.
• Event is rain or shine, so a tent/canopy is recommended.
• BYO tent, table, and chairs.
• Food will be available for purchase from vendors.
• Exhibitors should focus on “River education, appreciation, and understanding … past, present and future.” Highlight an aspect of your organization or business that makes you connected to the river. Try to offer an activity or giveaway for children, such as crafts, snacks, face painting, sensory activities, stickers, etc. If you need ideas, we can help.
