Food Vendors

Thank you for your interest, but we are no longer accepting additional food vendor applications for River Rocks 2025.

If you are a confirmed vendor for River Rocks 2025, please note the following details and requirements:

Health permits must be prominently displayed at your booth.
NO CONCESSION FEE. If you have a successful day, please consider making a donation to the event (not required).
Event runs 12 - 8pm; gates open at 10am for set-up. Breakdown is at 8pm.
Vendors must commit to staffing a booth for the entirety of the event or until food sells out.
12 x 12 foot space is available, but if you need more just let us know and we will try to accommodate.
Event is rain or shine, so a tent or trailer is recommended.
BYO generator; there are no hook-ups.
If you have a food item that can be themed to go along with the Farmington River -- GREAT! That's the focus of the day!
